Man soooooo dissapointed in myself!! Cannot believe I forgot to pick up my camera bag when leaving that morning!! I was in sucha rush that I grabbed all my other bags and left my dslr bag on my bed. arghhhhh and it wasnt till 2 hours in the car that I realised what I had done!! So unfortunately I was stuck trying to take spectacular photos with my very un-spectacular digital compact... *sighs*
But yea, we stayed at an awesome self contained unit (that was much to big for us... =.=) at Halls Gap. Anyways we had a whole kitchen to play with so here are our cooking efforts..hehe
Cinnamon Scrolls (I made these the night before to take for the trip)
Honey Soy Chicken Stirfry w/rice
Butterscotch Pudding (baked in a much too big tray so we made our own clever compartment fix with foil.)
