It turned out much prettier than I had hoped coz i expected it to be all break out with air holes and everything since it was steamed, but it was a pleasant surprise when i took em out at how smooth the surfaces were. I just used two rice bowls as the moulds lol since i only made a lil bit of mix.
Upside down > the shape of these somehow remind me of jam donuts..?
Steamed pandan cupcakes?
